These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QUZIC ("the Service", "we", "us"), a desktop software application and related cloud services for DJs, operated by BEATIF. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
QUZIC provides DJ tools including cue point conversion between Serato and Rekordbox, USB synchronization, library migration, AI section analysis, cloud backup, and remix tools. Features are offered under a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
You may sign in via Google, Kakao, or LINE. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 14 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QUZIC for your own DJ activities. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the Service.
Your music files are processed locally on your device for most tools. Cloud features (Cloud USB, server-side stem separation for Remix) transmit files to our servers only for processing and are deleted promptly after. You retain all rights to your files.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to upload malware, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
QUZIC, its logo, and all software are owned by us. Serato and Rekordbox are trademarks of their respective owners; QUZIC is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data. As QUZIC modifies DJ library files, you are responsible for keeping backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
