Refund Policy

QUZIC ("we", "us"), operated by BEATIF, wants you to be satisfied. This policy explains refunds for paid subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record.

1. 14-Day Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases of a subscription plan.

2. Korean Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Korean consumers may withdraw a purchase within 7 days. For digital content that has been used or whose provision has begun, the right may be limited as permitted by law; however, our 14-day refund above is more generous and applies.

3. EU/UK Consumers

EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, consistent with Section 1.

4. Renewals

Subscription renewals (after the first period) are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — access continues until the period ends. We may grant goodwill refunds for renewals charged in error or within a few days, at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase email and order ID. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt email.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refund returns a payment per the rules above. You can cancel anytime from the in-app Account page.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan involves no payment, so no refund applies. It never expires.
