This Privacy Policy explains how QUZIC ("we", "us"), operated by BEATIF, collects and uses your personal data. We comply with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the EU GDPR.

Your music files are processed locally where possible. Cloud features transmit files only for processing and delete them promptly. We do not sell your personal data.

As QUZIC is a global service, your data may be processed on servers outside Korea (e.g. Cloudflare global edge, Paddle EU/US). We ensure adequate safeguards consistent with PIPA and GDPR.
We keep your data while your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is deleted without undue delay, except where law requires retention (e.g. e-commerce transaction records under Korean law).
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data, and withdraw consent, at any time via the in-app Account page or by emailing us. EU users have additional GDPR rights (objection, restriction, portability).
The website uses minimal local storage for language preference and session tokens. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
The Service is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data.
